WWE is seeking a motivated and versatile Administrative Project Assistant to join our team in Glenwood Springs, CO. As an Administrative Project Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and technical support to two Vice Presidents, a Project Manager, and project staff across various water resources engineering projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in multiple facets of the industry, making it suitable for candidates from various backgrounds.

Typical Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage VPs’ schedules and commitments. • Communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing. • Create written communications, spreadsheets, and presentations. • Prepare and edit proposals, technical memorandums, and reports. • Format and proofread documents for clarity, grammar, and content. • Develop figures and graphs using Microsoft Excel. • Serve as a liaison for projects involving teams in multiple locations. • Conduct research on various topics to support project managers. • Track project budgets and assist the accounting department with financial tasks. • Submit monthly expense reports. • Provide general office support, including inventory management, IT coordination, phone handling, digital and physical filing, and guest reception.

Required Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe software. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent organizational skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. • Project management and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently. • Proactive, resourceful, and adept at multitasking within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with civil engineering, environmental science, or related companies.
