Winter Park Lodge II, a Fraser, Colorado condominium complex seeks an Independent Contractor experienced in full-time onsite property maintenance management. The property consists of seven buildings with 80 units, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, laundry rooms, and multiple common grounds. Total Contract Value includes annual compensation of $60,000 - $90,000 (annualized over a 12-month contract) based upon skills, certifications, and business experience.

A year-round 2-bedroom,1 bath condominium with all utilities & cable/Wi-Fi is provided. Contractor applicant must have strong maintenance skills plus verbal and written communication proficiencies.
