Equipment Operator & Laborers

Wilderness Earthworks is now accepting applications for both laborer and equipment operator positions.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and eager to be part of a team that values quality craftsmanship and a strong work ethic. Prior experience operating heavy equipment or working in construction or excavation is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidates.
