Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

Position is full time Monday-Friday 8:00 - 5:00 pm. Wages $50,000 - 63,000 which is based on industry knowledge, skills and experience. Paid holidays, personal days, vacation, 401K, health insurance, etc. Responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and dispatch technicians, handle timesheets, obtain customer authorizations and payments, invoicing and general office duties. This position requires a detail oriented, punctual, organized, multitasker who is proficient on computers, and is a positive, mature, self-motivated person who works well with others.
