Concierge & Check-In Specialist

We're on the lookout for an outgoing and knowledgeable local candidate who has a passion for creating incredible travel experiences for guests. Whether you're already in-the-know about the best dining spots and activities or eager to explore and learn, we want to hear from you! As our ideal candidate, you'll deliver exceptional concierge and check-in services to guests of Vail Butler rental homes throughout Vail and Beaver Creek. We value your local knowledge, time management skills and ability to creatively solve problems. Starting as a full-time seasonal position, this role has the potential to evolve into a year-round opportunity with comprehensive benefits. Compensation is $25/hour, plus commission and an additional $50 per check-in.
Schedule: Full time seasonal, 5 days per week. Ski in the morning and work 11 am - 7 pm (some flexibility with hours and days). While weekends and some holidays are a part of the gig, the rewards are well worth it!
Location: in-person training followed by hybrid remote option based on business needs Our office is located in Vail Village and is an available location for you to work. However, we understand the allure of working from home, and you'll have the option to telecommute most days after the initial training period. Reliable transportation is a must as you will be meeting guests at rental properties at check-in to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience. Candidates must have housing secured within 25 minutes of both Vail and Beaver Creek.
