The Timberline Condominiums in Snowmass Village is hiring an Executive Assistant to assist General Manager and Controller in the day-to-day operations of the homeowner’s association and short-term rental program. Under the General Manager’s supervision, the primary responsibility of this position is to provide high-level administrative support. This includes organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, managing special projects, conducting research, assist with HR and Accounting related tasks. Candidate must have experience and knowledge of the hospitality & homeowner association industry. Excellent communication and strong decision-making skills are also required. This is a full time/year-round position, Monday through Friday.
