Transaction Coordinator

Here at The Group Real Estate located in downtown Steamboat Springs, we strive to keep our culture light and fun but professional all while making sure everyone has a great work-life balance. Our ideal candidate needs to be highly organized, have computer skills, great communication skills, be detail oriented and a team player to support our top agents. In this position you will assist our agents with their listing needs of a property as well as when a property goes under contract, all the way to closing. 

This position is a full-time, in-office role w/weekend and holiday coverage. Must be able to work on a computer for 8 hours a day as well as have reliable transportation. Pay starts at $26-$28 an hour DOE w/benefits after 60 days. Real Estate experience not required but helpful.
