Youth Ski Coach

Join Team Breckenridge Ski Team this winter to coach and mentor participants in a Developmental Ski Program. Assist athletes to set and achieve goals in advanced skiing techniques. Ages 5-10.

Positions are seasonal, from December 2 until March 24. The winter schedule includes 1 or 2 days per week, for 15 weeks, Saturday/Sunday (or both). (Time off Dec,22-Jan 3).

LOCATION: Breckenridge Mountain

PERKS: Epic local, A basin pass, and Pro Deals. Pay $20-$27/hour, Community Based Environment.

SKILLS: Advanced-level skiing skills. Must enjoy working with children of all ages—one year experience in coaching.

PROFESSIONALISM: Punctual, reliable, and displays proper appearance by company guidelines.

PRODUCTIVITY: Shows initiative to perform high-quality work

SERVICE: Takes personal ownership of positive and helpful interactions with coworkers and members. Values and encourages ski team family retention.

SAFETY: A proactive approach toward the safety of self and others maintains awareness and cleanliness in the workplace. Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and procedures: Employee Ski Policy, Safe Sport, Background check, and other required training.

COMMUNICATION: Provide positive feedback daily to participants and submit written mid-season and year-end evaluations

TEAM PLAYER: Actively support the policies, procedures, methodologies, and philosophies of Team Breckenridge Sports Club.
