Weekdays full time -  Remote Opportunities

We are hiring for classified customer service to start right away.

We help our clients with classified ad placement in multiple publications- including but not limited to real estate, employment and service directory. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
Computer proficiency and ability to multi-task (in a deadline driven environment) within different computer systems are also very important.
Our office is based out of Gypsum but working from home partial or full time (after training) is also an option for the right candidate.

More info about the position:

  • Mon-Fri days- typically 8:30-5pm.
  • Help clients over the phone and e-mail- mostly with the wording, placement, modification and cancelation of classified ads.
  • Contacting/informing clients when ads are ending.
  • Problem solving issues with ads.
  • Collecting payment for ads.
  • Help self-service clients with ad placement, questions and issues.

Previous employment references are required. You must live in Colorado, preferably in one of our newspaper circulation areas. For fully remote positions you will still need to do some training (between 2 and 4 days) at our Gypsum office.
