Asphalt Maintenance Crew Member Position Duties: Perform temporary and full-time job duties listed by the following- Clean, prepare, and finish job sites for asphalt maintenance and concrete maintenance. Job sites include driveways, parking lots, low traffic roadways, etc. Light landscape work may be included with job site preparation. Use of small, machined landscape and asphalt equipment will be required. Location: Job is based in Minturn, Colorado. Training Provided. Transportation to the job site, from the workplace is provided by Sun-Up Sealcoats LLC. Travel is largely based within Eagle County. Other job sites may require travel outside of Eagle County. Other locations included Denver, Mesa, Grand, Lake, Pitkin, and Summit counties. Reasonable travel expenses will be provided by Sun-Up Sealcoats LLC. Rate of Pay: Pay ranges from $25.00-$35.00 per hour DOE. Hours per week: A scheduled work week is based on 40 hours with OT available. Over time rates will be assessed when necessary and based on DOE. Pay Period: Workers will receive payment bi-weekly based on hours accumulated from each single work week. Single work week Monday-Friday (may adjust for weekend job sites). a 4-day work week is possible. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 60 pounds and carry at least 40 pounds. No education or experience is required. On-Site Training will be provided by a member of Sun-Up Sealcoats LLC. Bonuses: End of season bonus is possible based on performance.
