Short Term Rental Department Manager - Oversee vacation rental portfolio of approximately 100 units and staff. FT, year round position. Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills a must. Candidate must be proficient in office 365 as well as experience with Escapia Rental Software or comparable. Handle all facets of STR rentals including owner contracts, growing portfolio, advertising, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance and accounting duties.
