RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE Part Time or Full Time positions available, Year Round or Seasonal Hiring both Shift Lead/Keyholders and Part Time Sales Associates Now hiring associates to help us with day-to-day operations of our Ruby Jane Steamboat Springs location. This positions involve retail selling, customer service, processing web orders, decorating and merchandising the store within a growing local family-owned retail business. Responsibilities: Retail selling fun affordable fashion while providing excellent customer service. Maintain the boutique's visual displays, presence and cleanliness standards. Merchandise the store daily to ensure the floor looks fresh. Receive and process new merchandise

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Assistant Manager: Must be available to work 30-40 hours, one weekend day, as well as during the holiday seasons (closed on Christmas day & Thanksgiving day) Organized and structured individual with attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to prioritize and think strategically about the business; recognize areas of improvement and implement changes as needed Proficient in Excel, Word, Gmail, Google Drive & familiar with Point of Sale software a plus. Friendly and approachable customer service. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Motivated and goal-oriented individual who enjoys responsibility and results. Professional, trustworthy, reliable and honest. Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and owner Work independently and enjoy creating unique visual displays.
Responsibilities: Assist the store manager with daily store operations. Maintain the boutique's visual displays, presence, cleanliness and customer service standards. Receive inventory, process and organize merchandise. Merchandise the store weekly to ensure the floor looks fresh. Assist with website customer communications as needed, including phone and email management. Assist in managing company website orders and customer service follow up as needed. Assist with providing store specific photos or content for social media. Conduct bi-annual inventory counts. Lead by example and help out with all aspects of daily retail operations
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Wage dependent on experience.
