Current Opening: Assistant Property Manager - Full-time position based on-property in Aspen - Supports association manager and on-site property management team on projects and with day-to-day operations in demanding fast-paced environment - Requires minimum of two years’ professional HOA and property management experience with goals to further career in real estate/property management - Based on performance, qualified candidates will have the ability to advance from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager - Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 plus $500 signing bonus - Full benefits including 401(k), health insurance, bonus program, wellness benefit/ski pass, tuition reimbursement and RFTA pass - Employee housing may be available.
