The Gig: As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds operations together, ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping both guests and homeowners happy. Your days will be a mix of logistics, problem-solving, and ensuring our properties remain in tip-top shape. Some days will be spent fine-tuning processes, while others might involve rolling up your sleeves to get things done in true mountain-town fashion.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Wearing Many Hats – From guest relations to team coordination, owner communications, and operational oversight, you’ll do a little bit of everything.
• Solving Puzzles – No two days are the same, and you’ll be the go-to for troubleshooting unexpected situations (think: last-minute guest requests, maintenance surprises, and the occasional missing hot tub cover).
• Keeping the Wheels Turning – Managing property turnovers, coordinating with vendors, and making sure every home is guest-ready.
• Building Relationships – Working closely with homeowners, guests, and our team to ensure seamless operations.
• Finding Efficiency – If there’s a smarter way to do something, we want you to find it!
What You Bring to the Table:
• A knack for staying cool under pressure and thinking on your feet.
• Strong organizational skills – You love a good checklist, but you also know when to ditch the list and improvise.
• Hospitality, real estate, or property management experience is a big plus, but if you’re a fast learner, we’re all ears.
• Tech-savviness – We use property management software, so comfort with digital tools is a must.
• A sense of humor – This is hospitality; things will go sideways sometimes, and the ability to laugh about it is key.
• The ability to work flexibly – Some remote work is possible, but this is a hands-on role, so you’ll need to be in the valley.
