We are a boutique landscape and garden company in Aspen seeking a General Manager to lead our growing operation. We provide innovative and sustainable services for residential and commercial clients. Our team is friendly, talented, and known for creating extraordinary results. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor our team while providing day-to-day company oversight. The candidate will work directly with the Owner and collaborate with our Operations, Construction, Maintenance, and Garden leaders. Fulfilling the Company’s vision through strategic planning and budgeting, fostering strong relationships with Clients and Collaborators, and securing new business in existing and future markets and services will allow the General Manager to continue our extraordinary growth. Empowering the team to perform at the highest level and facilitating the refinement of operational processes will ensure our team and systems can complement and support our growth.
