Service Technician

In this hands-on role, you will be the expert in diagnosing and repairing Pella’s high-quality window and door products, ensuring exceptional performance for homeowners and new construction projects.

Experience: At least one year of experience in window installation, in addition to residential construction, remodeling, or home repair. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction terminology are essential.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills, with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with diplomacy and professionalism. Mathematical Aptitude: Ability to calculate dimensions, proportions, and other metrics using basic algebra and geometry.

Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and proactive, with a knack for collecting data, interpreting technical instructions, and solving unique challenges on the job. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Education Level: High school education or GED required Experience Level: Some experience required
