Client Liaison

Job Summary : The Client Liaison is responsible for working with the home buyer to ensure that the process of features, upgrades and electrical needs meet the home buyer’s and builder’s expectations.

Essential Functions • Communication with buyers regarding selection deadlines. • Facilitation with buyers and third-party design center. • Escort buyers on site tours during the building process. • Work with buyers and construction team to make sure upgrades are approved by everyone. • Responsible for all change orders including estimating, writing, issuing, receiving, and recording. • Electrical walk through with buyers.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Extremely detail-oriented. • Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and plans. • Ability to quickly identify problems and efficiently solve them.

Travel Requirements: Required to travel for business purposes and to construction sites.

Work Environment: Mainly indoors with occasional outdoor trips in a construction zone. Exposure to rain, cold, snow, heat, high decibel noise, fumes and dust.
