Director of Marketing
The National Repertory Orchestra (NRO) is seeking a Director of Marketing (DoM) to play a key role in developing the next generation of classical musicians while enriching the local arts scene and community. Reporting to the CEO, the DoM is an essential member of the leadership team and is responsible for messaging, promotions and ticket sale campaigns that support the organization’s mission, commitment to artistic excellence and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The DoM will implement organizational strategies related to earned revenue goals, audience growth, market research and pass product pricing models. The DoM also oversees the NRO’s brand identity increasing visibility of the organization and ensures the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all orchestra communications.
Salary: Commensurate with experience and job performance, approximately $70,000 – $80,000 per year
