Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Associate (Avon)
Busy CPA firm in Avon seeks administrative professional to assist with various office duties.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Manage the front desk, answer telephones, greet and assist clients and guests
• Print, bind and assemble audit reports, tax returns and other correspondence
• Provide support to internal staff and partners
• Ensure positive first impression of firm and facilities
• Work in team capacity to ensure efficient operation of the office
Qualifications:
• Equivalent work experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple tasks
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail, Computer skills a must
