Hiring an Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper. Duties will include generating financial reports, processing payroll, HOA management, tracking debits, maintaining financial records, and complete bookkeeping. This roll also provides administrative support to the CEO by taking minutes, booking meetings, drafting, and revising reports and statements and answering phones and messages.
