Onsite HOA Manager
The Lake Haus Condominium Association is seeking an experienced On-site Manager for our community of 88 units. In addition to salary, the manager will be provided with housing through the use of one of the complex's two bedroom condos, along with Health Insurance and other benefits.
Duties Include:
Office/record-keeping Examples: Managing HOA dues, maintaining HOA records, etc.
Financial management Examples: Paying bills, reconciling bank statements, assisting Lake Haus accountant, responding to lender requests, etc.
Property maintenance Examples: Landscaping, equipment maintenance, housekeeping of common areas, etc.
Project management Examples: Seeking / evaluating bids, tracking progress, resolving vendor issues, etc.
Owner-renter interaction Examples: ensuring compliance with HOA rules, fielding complaints, resolving problems, etc.
Lake Haus Board support Examples: bringing issues to Board attention as required, organizing quarterly / annual meetings, voting processes, etc.
