We are currently seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Attendee Services Senior Specialist to join our dedicated staff. This position plays a critical role in upholding the world-class experience that attendees expect from Keystone Symposia.


About the Role

As the Attendee Services Senior Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our participants, providing exceptional support via email and phone. You will:

  • Respond to attendee inquiries promptly and professionally using our CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Resolve customer service issues with a positive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth event registration and communication

  • Help maintain the gold standard of service and professionalism that defines Keystone Symposia

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are:

  • Great communicators – You can explain things clearly, empathize with customer concerns, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

  • Tech-savvy – You have experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and are comfortable navigating digital platforms.

  • Organized multitaskers – You can juggle multiple inquiries without missing a beat.

  • Customer-focused – You care about helping people and understand the importance of every interaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school

  • 1–3 years of related customer service experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Prior experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) or strong familiarity with CRM workflows and best practices
