Recovery Coordinator

Are you in recovery? Do you want to use your life experience and skills in service of others on a similar journey? Join our growing team and make a difference in your community! Coordinate care for Grand and Jackson County residents to support access to recovery resources and treatment. Provide individualized peer support, navigation, and coaching to adults and families struggling with substance use disorder. Collaborate with internal team and community partners to serve community members and bridge gaps in care. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain healthy boundaries required. Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office and internet. Only self-directed and motivated individuals need apply. Regular travel within Grand County and monthly to Jackson County required. Lived experience with substance use and recovery required. Bilingual and bi-cultural strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary $50,000-55,000 per year – depending on experience. Full time, 37.5 hours/week plus benefits.
