Construction Safety Manager

In this newly created position on our team, you will be instrumental in developing a comprehensive safety program. You will work alongside your manager and construction team to ensure safety protocols are observed on all projects – for our team and subcontractors. You are a skilled professional with at least 3 years of experience in construction or O&G with an emphasis on OSHA compliance. You've experienced living and working in a mountain community and understand that small Alpine towns have their own “personality.” You are highly organized, technically savvy, and open to learning. Spend your days: - Developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs, procedures, and plans to ensure all tasks during each stage of construction are completed safely and within OSHA guidelines - Ensuring safety standards are met at all job sites - training employees, inspecting sites, facilitating any necessary investigations and detailing resolutions - Providing leadership, direction and documentation for inspections, investigations, job site safety plans and meetings - Implementing and maintaining company safety, contingency, and recovery plans - Evangelizing our commitment to a safe workplace for all projects
Show us your: - + years of experience in construction, AEC, or O&G with exposure to safety management– high-end residential experience a plus! - Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, building codes and permitting - Ability to lead, coach and work cohesively with subcontractors, superintendents, and project teams – a special talent for being able to influence those you don’t directly supervise - Clear, articulate, and empathetic communication style – you can work productively with discriminating homeowners - Technically savvy with a strong command of office basics and construction management software – we use Procore - Nimble and strategic problem solver with the ability to manage competing and time-sensitive priorities - Comfortable maintaining detailed documentation, records and plans - Strong work ethic, attention to detail and pride of ownership - Comprehensive understanding of mountain town communities and the willingness to live within a commutable distance of Central Aspen And you'll enjoy: - Salary $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience - Unbelievably comprehensive benefits package - A committed team of diverse, industry-leading professionals striving for a common goal Goldstone Partners is helping this premier growing company find professionals who are ready to level up!
