Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits, including but not limited to vehicle and phone allowances

Education: Bachelor’s or Trade School

Experience Level: 5 - 10 years in construction or related industry

Job Description: The Field Superintendent manages all aspects of day-to-day field operations for construction projects, working closely with the Project Manager and owner. This role requires a strong on-site presence, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple aspects of construction, including scheduling, quality control, budget awareness, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Education Level: 4 year degree desired

Experience Level: 5+ years of experience required
