Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000, dependent on experience, plus benefits, including but not limited to vehicle and phone allowances

Education: Bachelor’s or Trade School

Experience Level: 5 - 10 years in construction or related industry

Job Description: The Superintendent manages all aspects of day-to-day field operations for construction projects, working closely with the Project Manager and owner. This role requires a strong on-site presence, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple aspects of construction, including scheduling, quality control, budget awareness, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily field activities with all trades and vendors at multiple on-site locations

- Manage and update project schedules, including weekly "4 Week Look

- Ahead" and monthly Master Schedule updates

- Ensure high-quality standards are met for all work completed on-site

- Maintain a clean, and organized job site

- Manage on-site safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols

- Assist with budget management and change order processes

- Oversee Request for Information (RFI) management and resolution

- Support the Project Manager in various aspects of project management

- Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders, providing regular updates on project statuses, issues, and resolutions

- Manage punch lists and closeout procedures, including warranty items

- Assist in organizing Operations and Maintenance manuals for clients

- Participate in client meetings and communications as needed

Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in basic computer skills

- Experience and knowledge of OSHA regulations and past 10hr and/or 40hr training

- Proven track record of success in managing large projects

- Experience with scheduling and budgeting software

- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques

- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications

- Ability to speak Spanish, not required

Requirements:

- Employee must be 18 years of age or older

- Verification of eligibility to work in the U.S.

- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle for personal daily transportation to and from job-sites

- Ability to pass background check

- Education or a degree in construction management is preferred
