We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic and energetic attitude as well as solid marketing and social media knowledge.
Candidates should be able to create marketing pieces, being responsible for all Company social media posts as well as assisting our advisors with their social media accounts, if needed, assist with website development, teaching Advisors provided franchise tools as well as assist Real Estate Advisors, Management, and all visitors to the Office by handling a variety of office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone or in person.
The position is full time, year-round, on location.

To be successful as an office administrator/ Franchise Liaison assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, attentive and, above all, ethical. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly and positively. You must be comfortable with all social media platforms and computers including a variety of software applications, general office tasks, teaching franchise tools to advisors and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, you should have a genuine desire to support the Advisor in our offices with their business needs.
Office Administrator/ Franchise Liaison Assistant Responsibilities:
• Handling computer-related office tasks such as generating and printing out reports, creating and printing presentations for the Advisors and keeping our presentations up to date, creating marketing materials including print and digital ads and mailings, coordinating advertising, and monitoring supplies and Office technology.
• Stay up to date with Engel & Völkers systems, tools, marketing and assist teaching our Advisors
• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate Broker. Answering basic questions from the caller.
• Generate daily Company posts on our 2 primary social media platforms.
• Maintain equipment by completing basic preventive maintenance; troubleshooting problems; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation.
• Enhance the success of the organization by being eager to accomplish and complete a variety of professional tasks.
• Exploring opportunities to add value to the Company.
• Greet and assist visitors to the Office. Answer general questions and connect them with the Advisor on duty.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and/or e-mail.
• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure seamless success for the Advisors.
Office Administrator/ Franchise Liaison Assistant Requirements:
• Prior marketing and administrative experience a plus
• Proficiency in IT, with a good understanding of web design trends and techniques
• Use/posting/data collecting of various social media channels
• Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Publisher
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask
• Warm personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under limited supervision
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
• Consistent, professional dress and manner
