Are you a human resources professional looking to serve your community in a more meaningful way? Eagle County Paramedic Services (ECPS) seeks a Human Resources Generalist to help support our first responders and those that serve them in their important roles in our community. Position Overview The ideal HR Generalist will have a working knowledge of Human Resources, paired with excellent communication, commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and a desire to learn and grow. You will support the ECPS staff’s employment life cycle from recruitment to offboarding. Ideal Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in HR or a similar role. Experience with HRIS systems (ADP experience preferred). Solid understanding of human resources principles, practices and procedures required. Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently and multi-task. Knowledge and/or experience with Google suite. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate range: $33.05- $42.93 (based on experience and qualifications).
