Home Health Nurse

Eagle County Paramedic Services is seeking a full time, year round dedicated and skilled Home Health Nurse to join our Community Health Team. This critical role on our Community Health Team requires a passion to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes here in Eagle County.

Education and Experience Requirements: Required - Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Preferred - Master's degree in Nursing Valid State of Colorado motor vehicle operating license Current licensure to practice nursing in Colorado (RN or LPN) CPR and First Aid Certification Minimum two years of experience, at least one of which is in the area of public health or home care nursing is preferred.
