Showroom Liaison
Decorative Materials is the largest privately owned luxury tile showroom in Colorado. Known best for our industry knowledge, extensive product offering and excellent customer service. We are currently looking for a Showroom Liaison for our Edwards Showroom. RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily tasks may include: - Scheduling appointments. - Answering phones. - Greeting clients. - Handling shipments and deliveries and opening sample pallets. - Assisting in showroom maintenance. - Replenishing showroom samples. - Assisting in overall cleanliness and organization of showroom - hanging display boards, cleaning up after client meetings, maintaining showroom appearance. - General office duties and errands - ordering office supplies, picking up client lunches/client gifts/floor plans. - Assisting the Controller with sales tax documents. - Assisting the Marketing Director with projects and showroom events as needed. - Running samples to clients and going on site visits as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: - Must be organized, accurate and extremely detail oriented. - Quick learner with the ability to prioritize and problem solve efficiently. - Friendly, flexible, self-starter who enjoys coming to work. - Loves face to face client interactions. - Exceptional phone etiquette + professional demeanor. - Client-centric approach with a constant goal of exceeding expectations. - Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, NetSuite. - Able to work Monday-Friday from 9 am-5 pm. - Able to commute to our Edwards Showroom. - Must be able to lift up-to 30lbs – tile display boards can be heavy! - No design experience required.
COMPENSATION: Base salary starting at $50,000/year + bonus.
