Project Manager

D.M. Neuman Construction Co. is looking for an established project manager looking to work primarily in Glenwood Springs as opposed to driving up valley. We are currently interviewing during the month of November with a January start date in mind.

The project manager will need to be organized and detail oriented. Job scheduling, tracking, material ordering, submittals, rfi's, change orders and monthly draw approvals are the primary function as our PM. You will be working directly with every part of our team along with the owner as well.

Pay is DOQ but range is $80k-$100k starting.
