Administrative Coordinator
Steamboat Springs, CO Position is open until filled. Overview: The Craig-Scheckman Family Foundation (CSFF) is seeking an experienced individual to help coordinate office responsibilities as the foundation partners with community organizations in Northwest Colorado. This is an exciting opportunity to join a devoted and passionate team of staff and board during a time of growth and learning. CSFF is a private family foundation located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The foundation was founded in 2005 and looks to increase its depth and breadth of funding impact over the next decade. We believe creating genuine systems change at the local level can only be accomplished through the building and cultivating of trusted and respected partnerships.
The ideal candidate will utilize their experience, knowledge, and thirst for learning to fulfill the following responsibilities: Develop relationships with our funding partners that foster trust and respect. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and activities for staff of three and board members. Maintain offices systems, including grant database and electronic records. Attend local meetings and site. visits and document appropriate information. Manage website, social media, and other communications. Answer phone calls, welcome visitors and respond to questions as appropriate. Help plan special events, workshops and luncheons and arrange for catering and other items. Perform various administrative duties and actively engage as a member of the staff team. This position requires a breadth of knowledge rather than depth in one specific area. Most important is openness, flexibility, and an inclination to learn new concepts.
Candidates should possess the following qualifications: A clear commitment to the mission and vision of CSFF Minimum of three years of office administration experience Effective communicator through strong interpersonal and written skills Highly motivated, self-starter who can work independently as well as a resourceful team player Excellent attention to detail with efficient task management and organizational skills High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to handle confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, database management and social media applications CSFF offers a full and generous benefits package including health insurance for entire family, retirement program, liberal vacation, ski pass and a quality work environment. The position will work four days per week (32 hours) with a starting salary range of $55K – $60K per year.
