Assistant to Executive Director
This is a part time (25 hours/week) position for a self-driven individual who will support the Executive Director of a 79 unit nonprofit Housing Authority for those 62 and older or disabled. Pay range of $25 - $30/hour DOE with bonus potential.
Duties and skills include the following: • Computer software skills including Microsoft Excel and Word • Friendly demeanor with ability to interact daily with residents to answer questions, concerns, complaints and to solve conflicts. Answer phones and general questions from public for information, applications, etc. • Work with various individuals and organizations that offer programs and benefits to the residents • Assist and coordinate with the yearly auditing procedures under the direction of the Executive Director • Assist the Executive Director with the resident application process and re-certification prep • Oversee and assist with other projects as directed by the Executive Director • On call hours may be required.
Education Level: High school education or GED required
Experience Level: Entry Level
