This position requires the knowledge of or ability to learn the following:

• Perform testing, maintenance, repair, and remodeling work on District buildings and properties. Including but not limited to grounds, building systems, and Water & Sanitation Department systems equipment.

• Perform scheduled maintenance of the District vehicle fleet including trucks and heavy machinery. Schedule outside vehicle maintenance and repairs as necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive operation and maintenance logs for all District facilities, equipment, and vehicles.

• Maintain, order, and stock materials, supplies, and equipment to maintain and repair District facilities, equipment, and vehicles.

In Addition, reliability and honesty are paramount as this position is responsible for public and environmental health and safety.
