The position Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager or designated supervisor, the custodian performs general cleaning duties including trash removal to maintain facilities, offices, grounds, restrooms, student residential facilities and public areas in working, clean and orderly condition. May perform snow removal, general grounds keeping, and minor repairs. Hiring range = $38,864.15 - $43,182.39 ($18.68 - $20.76 per hour) annual salary depending upon a combination of education and experience.
