$30.07/hr. - $53.29/hr.

Full-time position with excellent benefits.

Provides a wide range of support to the City Council and the public. Conducts municipal elections. Administers and oversees liquor and marijuana license procedures. Plans and organizes the city’s risk management programs. Coordinates and administers the compensation, benefits, employer, and employee relation components of the personnel functions as defined in the city’s personnel policies manual. Researches, formulates, recommends, and administers personnel policies and procedures. Recommends and implements wage and salary changes. Assists in resolution of employee grievance procedures. Responsible for all personnel files. BA/BS in Business Administration or related field or min. five years of equivalent experience. Must attain certification as Municipal Clerk within 4 years of date of hire. Active membership in the Colorado Municipal Clerks Assn. and the International Institute of Municipal Clerks is preferred. Must attain a valid Notary Public license within 6 months of date of hire. Strong mathematical skills required. Minimum of four years progressively responsible experience in administrative management and personnel. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office.
