As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in maximizing leasing objectives, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

responsibilities include the following Work collaboratively with the team to achieve leasing goals through phone, in-person, or online interactions Utilize communication and sales skills to build partnerships with local businesses Produce weekly marketing reports on facility status and tasks completed Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming new and existing customers Determine customer needs and provide tailored storage solutions Take ownership of daily operations, including account management, sales, problem-solving, and property maintenance Education Level: High school education or GED required Experience Level: Some experience required
