We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Manager to join our team at our expanding quick-serve Mexican restaurant! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about food, leadership, and customer service. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining a positive work environment. You will also work closely with our customer-interacting line staff, leading by example to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.
