Locally owned and operated boutique property management company seeking a salaried full-time/year-round Assistant General Manager. Breckenridge based operation with a service area from Breckenridge to Fairplay. 

Position: Assistant General Manager; Full-time/Year-round 

Responsibilities: This position works closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure the properties are up to the standards of the company, owners, and guests. This is a hands-on role that will primarily require being in the properties and driving between the properties to identify and execute tasks. Primary responsibilities include task-list management/execution, contractor scheduling/communication and owner communication. Strong communication and organizational skills are required. Light maintenance and physical tasks will be common. Property inspections (arrivals/departures/security checks) are also common tasks. While roles are defined, the team is small and all team members are expected to help with various tasks that may be outside their routine and stated responsibilities. Any tools and supplies will be provided by Breck Cabin Co. including a laptop and company vehicle.

Compensation: $82k-$86k annual salary broken into monthly installments, paid on the 15th  

Benefits: Retirement plan with 4% company match. Annual 4 weeks paid vacation (accrual begins after the first 90 days). Health insurance reimbursement after 12 months of employment, up to $3600. 

Start Date: July 15th 2024 

Schedule: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, typical hours are 9a-5p  *Flexibility required 

Requirements: Minimum two years of property management experience in the Breckenridge market, valid Colorado driver’s license, willingness and ability to pass a criminal background check and driving record check, professional references.
