The Exhibitions + Programs Coordinator supports all aspects of exhibition planning and implementation while organizing logistics for Breck Create programs across campus, online, and off-site. This role works under the direction of both the Arts Education Manager and the Senior Director of Programs + Campus Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate materials and schedule spaces on the Arts District Campus, which includes:
Five discipline-specific art studios
Two guest artist live/work studios
A multimedia exhibition space
Other Breck Create-managed cultural venues
Collaborate with various team members, including:
Artists
Lead Preparator and Installation Assistants
Part-time Studio Technicians
Patron Services Specialists
Contracted instructors
As a key member of the Programs team, the Exhibitions + Programs Coordinator plays an essential role in delivering dynamic, inclusive, and memorable art experiences.
