Exhibitions + Programs Coordinator

The Exhibitions + Programs Coordinator supports all aspects of exhibition planning and implementation while organizing logistics for Breck Create programs across campus, online, and off-site. This role works under the direction of both the Arts Education Manager and the Senior Director of Programs + Campus Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate materials and schedule spaces on the Arts District Campus, which includes:
    • Five discipline-specific art studios
    • Two guest artist live/work studios
    • A multimedia exhibition space
    • Other Breck Create-managed cultural venues
  • Collaborate with various team members, including:
    • Artists
    • Lead Preparator and Installation Assistants
    • Part-time Studio Technicians
    • Patron Services Specialists
    • Contracted instructors

As a key member of the Programs team, the Exhibitions + Programs Coordinator plays an essential role in delivering dynamic, inclusive, and memorable art experiences.
