Reservations & Logistics Agent
Position Summary: Black Tie Ski Rentals is seeking outgoing and energetic individuals who share our love of the mountains and winter. Our ideal candidates excel in a team environment, are self-motivated and are passionate about providing impeccable customer service. The Reservation Agent is the first point of contact for many of our guests and is a critical component of the Black Tie experience. This position is responsible for taking phone calls from customers, reserving rentals, organizing information critical to day-to-day operations, scheduling switch-outs, and clearly communicating with delivery technicians and management. Job Responsibilities: • Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service, whether it is taking a new reservation, answering questions about Black Tie services and equipment, rescheduling deliveries, coordinating switch outs or returns. • Collect and input customer information accurately and efficiently. • Become proficient with Black Tie software (BTR) and update inventory and customer database as needed. • Process online reservations and manage the delivery schedule board for fittings. • Additional duties/special projects as needed. Job Requirements: • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the winter season. • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on equipment. Compensation: • $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and availability.
