Property Manager
A+ portfolio of luxury residences in Aspen/SMV managed by Bedrock Estate Management, is hiring for a fantastic, mature, detail-oriented property manager with longer term security in mind. This position is full time, year-round for an experienced property manager to join our team. Seeking a Senior Property Manager with immediate experience ready to accountably complete responsibilities and engage in the career path. Bedrock is a practical, established, proactive, nimble, integrity, empowering firm seeking the similar in the candidate. Please be fluent and hands on in construction, construction process, productive customer service/positive communication, smart home technology, plumbing issues, outdoor gear, general problem solving and seasonal maintenance. Again, must be very mechanically inclined, familiar and capable with modern residences. Candidate must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Must also possess excellent written & oral communication, computer, and people skills. Candidate must be self-motivated, responsive, organized, detail oriented, and a team player. Schedule is flexible- there will be specific times/places to be/do and there will be times for candidate to be self-directed at completing weekly task list. No day is the same! Being of the collaboration mindset is important as you will be working alongside a dynamic, kind, supportive group of humans. We try our best and know when to ask for help. Compensation is within superior range of +/-$65/hour $115k/year. based on experience. Preference for Independent Contractor/ 1099. Includes paid fuel, 401 (k), recreation, vehicle, worker’s comp stipends. Compensation additions are an option for the amazing growth-minded leadership candidate based on performance-based bonuses.
General Tasks: Manage all aspects of assigned properties. Weekly Maintenance Inspections & Report Generation Managing Construction and Design Scope Coordinating Subcontractors Supervising Subcontractors/ Quality Control. Hands on repairs when time/ scope dictates. Seasonal task list to maintain properties. Seasonal task list to maintain contents. Receiving and opening packages. Vehicle maintenance including washing. Client interaction to run errands. Daily timesheet input. Vision of preventative maintenance. Shuttle vehicles. Grocery shopping and stocking.
Experience Level: 5+ years of experience required
