Rental Transaction Coordinator

Rental Transaction Coordinator: Aspen Hiring for an experienced Transaction Coordinator to join our ASSIR Rental team. We are looking for someone with rental experience, strong administrative skills, ability to multi-task and enjoys supporting our team in a professional and positive environment. Requirements: - Real Estate/Rental background preferred, but not required for hire. - Real Estate license not required but encouraged within 12 months of hire date. - Applicants should be professional, detail oriented, and organized. - Must have strong communication and computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday

In Office Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
