Healthcare Recruiter

This is a full-time, benefitted position. The hours are Monday – Friday with occasional off-hours required for career fairs, etc.

This a hybrid role. The corporate office is in Fairfax, Virginia. You will need to be on site for minimum of 2 days/week.

As a Clinical/Healthcare Recruiter for Fairfax Radiology Centers (FRC), you are an experienced clinical recruiter who believes that when you give our applicants, candidates, and hiring managers the best experience, it has a direct impact on our patient’s experience. That is your true north. You know how to find talent (not just receive it) and you love the engagement and excitement of finding that perfect fit.

What you’ll do:

• Recruit for our clinical positions for our Diagnostic Centers throughout Northern Virginia, which may include, but not limited to:
  1. Techs: CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Nuclear Medicine, and PET
  2. NP/PA
• Conduct thorough Intake sessions with hiring managers
• Create optimized job postings
• Handle all candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Complete post-hire check-ins

What you’ll bring:

• 4+ years’ recruitment experiment
  1. 2+ years’ experience in healthcare recruitment is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills (for internal and external customers)
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Strong technical skills as one would have with in depth ATS experience
  1. ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus
• Strong computer skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to centers throughout Northern Virginia
• Reliable, high-speed internet and dedicated office space in order to work remote days.
