Chief Growth Officer

Trillion Technology Solutions, Inc is an 8(a)-application development, systems integration, custom IT solutions, and help desk company. Trillion is located in Reston, VA and is currently seeking a Chief Growth Officer.

A Chief Growth Officer is a senior executive responsible for driving growth and business expansion.

Duties will include:
-Consistent communication within C-Suite to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
-Advance Trillion's footprint in DoD, DHS, and HHS.
-Provide 20% growth by winning contracts and task orders within the first year.
-Meet, discuss, and solution opportunities w/ clients and partners.
-Engage and maintain relationships with government key leadership.
-Work across the company and its departments with a digital minded strategy.
-Manage the external image of Trillion and become the true face of the company.

The ideal candidate will have:
-Bachelor's degree in web development, computer science, information systems, communications, IT, or another related field.
-Worked as a senior business director within GovCon field and have experience growing revenue.
-Five years demonstrated leadership in managing a dynamic IT program.
-Broad knowledge of industry best practices, standard operating procedures, system integration, and organizational efficiency.
-History of experience that highlights creativity, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and initiative.
-Demonstrated critical thinking skills to analyze relationships and ability to provide a written assessment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
-Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks that have competing and demanding deadlines.
