Description
We are seeking a Customer Service representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and providing them with exceptional service. You should have strong communication skills, be a good problem-solver, and be able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing prompt and courteous customer service
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Keeping up-to-date on product information and company policies
- Identifying additional sales opportunities and suggesting appropriate products or services
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
