As an integral part of our family, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Salon Experience Coordinator to ensure the salon's vibrant atmosphere.

Your role as a Salon Experience Coordinator goes beyond the responsibilities of the front desk and salon dutiesit's about setting the tone for an unforgettable customer journey. We are looking for individuals with a natural, radiant smile and a positive demeanor committed to making every service experience fun and exciting for our young clients. Organization and grace under peak demand are key qualities, as you play a pivotal role in enhancing our reputation through genuine and trusting customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Warmly greet and provide exceptional service to all guests
• Efficiently manage salon software, appointments, and traffic flow
• Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
• Actively promote and sell hair care products, ensuring well-stocked retail shelves
• Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with state board of cosmetology/barbering regulations
• Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
• Process transactions with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist with hair washing, blow-drying, and mini-cures
• Contribute to opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

• Salon experience with washing and blow-drying skills preferred
• Previous receptionist or equivalent experience is essential
• Wear a welcoming smile as a part of your uniform!
• Demonstrate responsibility and dependability
• Must be available to work weekends and weekdays (not suitable for students who are in school during the day)
