Classified Customer Service / Sales Representative

Full Time - Weekdays - Opportunity for Advancement - Remote Opportunities

We are hiring for classified customer service and sales to start in May (or earlier). This is a rare opportunity- our small team is filled with mostly (10 year plus) long-term employees.

We help our clients with classified ad placement in multiple publications- including but not limited to real estate, employment and service directory. We also handle obituaries for all of Swift's publications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are key.
• Computer proficiency and ability to multi-task (in a deadline driven environment) within different computer systems are also very important.
• Our team is based out of Gypsum but working from home partial or most of the time is also an option for the right candidate.

More info about the position:

• Mon-Fri days- typically 8:30-5pm
• Help clients over the phone and e-mail- mostly with the placement, modification and cancelation of classified ads.
• Designing some ads (with assistance).
• Obituary help and placement.
• Contacting/informing clients when ads are ending.
• Follow up with former clients.
• Collecting payment for ads.
• Help self-service clients with ad placement, questions and issues.

This position has potential for growth into management for the right candidate if you are interested and have the skill set, however, you do not need to be interested in future team management to apply for this position. We'd love to talk to you either way.

Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance after 60 days of employment, $500 Recreation Bonus after 6 months and 401k Plan after 1 year.
