Personal Assistant / Administrator
** Increased Salary Range ***
$80,000 - $100,000+ depending on qualifications plus full benefits package
Maintain multiple calendars for family and staff, make reservations and appointments; assist with travel arrangements, provide administrative support for housekeeping functions including staffing, purchasing, social events, etc.; provide general administrative support and concierge type services. Work in Staff Office on the property.
Requires strong administrative skills, experience using Microsoft Office Suite, accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
Excellence at this job requires the ability to anticipate problems and think independently to solve them as well as to act effectively as an advocate for your employers with third parties.
