Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development, execution, and management of all spa and wellness services and programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of the spa and wellness department, including budgeting, forecasting, and implementing strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
• Team Development: Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and developmental activities for the spa and wellness team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
• Cultural Ambassador: Cultivate a team environment that promotes open communication, support, and collective success, enhancing the overall team morale and performance.
• Vendor and Internal Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners while seamlessly coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses at least 4 years of leadership experience, with 2 years or more in a luxury spa, club, clinic, or wellness center.
• Demonstrates a strong background in team management, capable of leading a team of 15 or more, including staff development, performance evaluation, and recruitment processes.
• Exhibits outstanding management and leadership qualities, with a natural flair for motivating and inspiring team members.
• Has a comprehensive understanding of business strategy and financial management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Is well-versed in the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies within the spa and wellness sector.
• Possesses excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
